6. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Mohanix Academy’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
