Refund Policy

We want students to have a fair and transparent experience. Please read carefully:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • A full refund (minus processing charges) may be requested within 7 days of enrollment if classes have not started.

  • If classes have begun, refunds are subject to deduction for the portion of course already accessed.

  • Refunds are not applicable after 30 days of course commencement or if more than 25% of content is accessed.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Registration fees, printed materials (if delivered), and discounts are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not issued for students removed due to misconduct, policy violations, or login sharing.

3. Cancellation & Transfer

  • Students may request a batch transfer before classes begin (subject to seat availability).

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [support email/contact number].

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

5. Class Start Policy

  • Classes will commence only when the minimum required number of students is enrolled. If the minimum enrollment is not met, the start of the class may be delayed or rescheduled

6. Offer Policy and Validity
